The preset is for Lightroom and makes offering black & white images an easy addition to your workflow. After I've finished editing a wedding, I'll switch over to library mode in lightroom and highlight all the photos that I want to convert to black and white. Once I've got those selected, I use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + " to create a duplicate of all the images I've selected.

Then use the spray can to label all those images "yellow." I chose the label "yellow" so I can easily view just the images that are black and white or eliminate them if I only want to see color.

Next I like to narrow it down to only the  yellow labelled photos that I am converting to black and white. To do so, click the yellow box in the filter bar. Next, highlight all your yellow photos and click on the "saved presets" drop down light in the "quick develop" box. Highlight & Click the "BjonesBW" preset. This will apply it to all your selected images.

After I batch apply the BW preset, I like to switch over to develop mode and see if the photo needs any tweaks.
