Orcas Island Resort Engagement Photos

Every summer my family ventures out to the San Juan Islands for a week long getaway. On this trip, Carlos & Raquel joined us on Orcas Island to capture their engagement photos. If you are looking for a heart stopping location that boasts San Juan Island views, look no further than the Rosario Resort. When I got married a few years back, I knew the Rosario Resort would be the perfect location for my nautical wedding. However, the fact that it was only accessible by ferry or float plane made the location it distinctly less desirable for us. That being said, I'm LONGING to live vicariously through someone else and shoot a wedding at the Rosario Resort. It's soooo beautiful. *figners crossed* Getting married there? Let's chat!

But back to my shoot with Carlos & Raquel. We met at the Resort and in true northwest fashion, they brought their sweet poochy Charlie. He was quite the ham during photos.
