The story behind this engagement session is one of the most memorable of any I've photographed.

Justin reached out to me a month ago with the exciting news that he planned to propose to Jessica on their trip to Seattle. Jessica is OBSESSED with waterfalls-- so Justin planned a whole day with the things he knew would make her the most happy. (what a guy!!)

The day started with an early morning surprise proposal at the Waterfall garden in pioneer square! SHE SAID YES!

After a decadent brunch, they ventured to Salish lodge for a spa day. (seriously, WHAT A GUY!!) Once they were thoroughly relaxed, Justin surprised Jess with professional hair & makeup by the talented Isaac Meyers- Makeup Artist.

After jess got all dolled up, we hiked to the bottom of Snoqualmie falls where these two traversed mossy boulders and driftwood for misty photos in front of the falls. It was MAGIC.
