Chateau Lill is such a beautiful place for a wedding! Branden & Monica sure picked the perfect Woodinville wine country venue for their friends & family to witness them becoming Mr. & Mrs.
When I arrived, Salon Maison was putting the finishing touches on Monica’s gorgeous wavy locks & natural makeup. Meanwhile, her mama was fluttering around ensuring every detail was perfect. She even did a touch-up steam job on Monica’s dress! Shoutout to this mama for going above & beyond for her daughter! After this, all the bridesmaids gathered around in matching robes & bubbling champagne flutes for a quick toast to our bride! Monica then slipped into her Hailey Paige (STYLE 1853 PERRI) wedding dress and we all swooned. She looks so timeless and lovely! At this point, it was finally time for Monica & Branden’s first look! (YAY!!) Branden was patient & joyful as he waited at the bottom of the stairs in front of
for his blushing bride. (Keep scrolling to see his reaction!) They exchanged emotional hugs & sweet whispers as they enjoyed this private moment of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.
After a handful of portraits around their woodinville wedding venue (in front of the Chateau, near the big white barn, among the grape vines), the bridal party joined us! The bridesmaids glowed in muted mint green floor length gowns (from Bella Bridesmaids in Seattle) & the men looked dapper in charcoal suits. Our last set of portraits are possibly the most precious, family photos. I never realized until having my own kids (two sweet boys, 5 & 2) how important it is to capture those memories with your family. Because I’m a mom now, I always take a little extra time to capture a series of solo shots with the bride and groom and each of their parents. It only takes a few minutes but these photos are SO precious.
ok, I’ll get off my soap box now. Back to their wedding day recap!
It’s CEREMONY time!! Monica & Branden tied the knot on a forested hillside overlooking Woodinville wine country surrounded by their friends & family. There were tears, laughter and finally the beginning of happily ever after.
Their faces were full of SUCH JOY (and relief!) as they walked back up the aisle— these photos are some of my favorites of the whole day. We ventured down to the candle lit barrel room to sign their marriage certificate and it became officially OFFICIAL! I quickly bustled Monica’s dress (As a previous bridal consultant at a boutique wedding gown shop, I do this for 90% of my brides)
Mr. & Mrs. Fitzpatrick celebrated their married status with toasts & dinner under a tent festooned with gorgeous white & green floral arrangements by Fena Flowers. The whole wedding was artfully designed & executed by luxury wedding planner, BreeAnn of Pink Blossom Events. Girl is ALWAYS on point and ahead of the style curve when it comes to creating new timeless decor. AND every one of her weddings runs smoothly! If I were getting married again (same guy of course), having BreeAnn do our wedding would be at the top of my list of must haves! The dinner (By Herban Feast) was totally instagram worthy — because, it’s Herban feast… and DUH. Their creations are mouthwateringly yummy & artistically plated.
The bride & groom incorporated their love of pineapples into many of the decor elements for their wedding. But my favorite element, was the grooms Pineapple Cake from BAKED. Once the guests were thoroughly boozed & sugared up, the dance party got TURNED UP with some party favors, Glow wands!! Check out the guests dance moves below! We ended the evening with one of my favorite things, a sparkler exit!
